My passion is creating artful, deeply felt photographs of people, whether that be portraits, business/talent headshots or brand photography.  I have worked with countless Twin Cities actors, models, artists, musicians- even an Olympic gold medalist- as well as business professionals from the entry level to the Executive Suite.  

My work is informed by cinema, graphic novels, and classical and modern painting as well as the master portrait photographers of past and present such as Arnold Newman, Platon, George Hurrell, Richard Avedon, Annie Leibowitz, Platon and Irving Penn.

My commercial product work has been for the likes of Toyota, Step One Foods, and the Northeast Minneapolis Arts Association, among others.  I've also had the special honor of photographing artwork created by artists in Casket Arts and the wider Twin Cities arts community.  

My work has been exhibited at MN State Fair Fine Arts, Jimmy Wilson Gallery, Minneapolis Photo Center and Praxis, among others.
